Novum Security — how November protects your data
November AI is protected by Novum Security. Before any request is processed by an outside AI model, Novum automatically removes names, email addresses, phone numbers, links and your account details (plan, releases, streams, roster). Only a short, generic style brief is used — Novum's own November personality, instructions and training notes never leave Novum. The free November beta runs entirely on Novum's servers with no outside AI. Voice replies are generated by our voice partner (ElevenLabs), which receives only the text being spoken and your recorded voice for transcription. We use providers whose business terms don't use this data to train their models. Audio Studio projects, recordings and presets are stored in your Novum account and are only visible to you unless you publish a preset to the Community library.
1. Information We Collect
Novum collects: account information, uploaded media, analytics data, usage data, social links, connected platform data, Novum AI conversation history (unless Vanish mode is used), and payment information (via third-party processors).
2. How We Use Data
Data is used for platform functionality, analytics, AI assessments, service improvement, distribution, and support communication.
3. Data Sharing
Novum does not sell user data. Data may be shared with payment processors, distribution partners, analytics providers, and third-party platforms connected by the user.
4. Security
Novum uses security measures to protect user data but cannot guarantee absolute protection against breaches or unauthorized access.
5. User Rights
Users may request deletion of their data. Users may request account termination. Some data may remain stored for legal or operational reasons.
6. Age & Parental Consent
Novum is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them. Users aged 13–14 require a parent or guardian's consent. A parent or guardian is responsible for a minor's use of Novum AI, including any mature content.
7. Cookies
Novum uses cookies for login functionality, analytics, and platform performance.
8. Policy Updates
Novum may update this Privacy Policy at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated policies.
