How does Novum's pricing work?+
Pick the area you need — Management Services, Distribution, November AI or Novum Studio. Distribution and Novum Studio are simple flat prices (monthly or yearly), management plans are built around you, and you can combine them. No hidden fees, no cut of your royalties.
Do I keep 100% of my royalties?+
Yes. On every distribution plan you keep 100% of what the stores pay. Novum makes money from the plan price only.
What's the difference between Underground, Established and Record Label?+
Underground ($1.99/mo or $20/yr) is for one primary artist on the major platforms. Established ($79/yr flat) covers 2 primary artists, every platform, the full November and Audio Studio. Record Label ($80/yr for 10 artists) scales by +$80/yr per 5 extra artists, and 30+ artists is unlimited for $400/yr — we cover that fee if you become a Partner.
Are yearly plans billed once?+
Yes. Flat yearly plans (Established, Record Label, Design Studio $24/yr and Novum Studio Full Access $39.99/yr) are charged once per year. Monthly plans bill every month.
How do I get November AI?+
Anyone with a Novum account can use November free — 20 messages and 2 photo reviews a day. November Pro ($12/mo) unlocks unlimited messages, voice chat and more. The full November is also included with management plans and Established or Record Label distribution.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes — cancel from Settings → Plan & billing. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Accounts can be deleted once all subscriptions are cancelled.
